What photography and videography services does GSD Films and Stills offer?
We offer event photography, event videography, video highlights, same-day edit videos, company branding photos and videos, graduation portraits and coverage, school coverage and promotions, group photos, and portraits and headshots. Your quotation will identify the services and deliverables for your project.
Do you provide both photography and videography for the same event?
Yes. Our corporate and school coverage options include combined photo and video packages, with either video highlights delivered after the event or a same-day edit screened during the program.
Do you offer drone photography and videography?
Yes. We are equipped with professional drone equipment to capture high-resolution aerial videos and photos. Drone coverage depends on the location, weather, access, and applicable flight requirements.
Is drone coverage included in every package?
Please inform us before booking if drone coverage is needed. We can include this service in the customized quotation.
Do we need permission from the venue or property owner for drone coverage?
Please confirm the venue and area’s rules and identify who can approve access to the site. Other flight requirements depend on the location and should be checked during planning.
Can we book photography or videography services separately?
Yes. We offer photography services and videography services as separate options, as well as combined packages.

Do you cover events throughout Northern Mindanao and the rest of Mindanao?
Yes. We are available for events and projects across Northern Mindanao and accessible areas in Mindanao. For coverage outside Cagayan de Oro, transportation and accommodation are billed to the client.
Can we hire your team for an event elsewhere in the Philippines?
Yes. We accept photography and videography coverage nationwide. For coverage outside Cagayan de Oro, transportation and accommodation are billed to the client.
Are you available for international projects?
Yes. We are available for hire internationally, subject to scheduling and project requirements. For coverage outside Cagayan de Oro, airfare and accommodation are billed to the client. Please include the country, dates, venue, and scope in your inquiry so we can assess the logistics.
Can you cover events at hotels, convention centers, schools, offices, and outdoor venues?
Yes. We work in different event settings. Please tell us about venue access, lighting, event rules, and any outdoor or technical requirements in advance.
Can you cover events and/or projects in multiple venues or cities?
Please send the full itinerary and locations. We can assess the travel time, crew, and schedule needed, then confirm the proposed coverage in a quotation.
Can you provide coverage across multiple event days?
That depends on the venue layout, audience size, simultaneous activities, and requested outputs. We will recommend a suitable amount of our crew after reviewing your program and priorities.
What is the difference between video highlights and a same-day edit video?
A video highlights film is edited after the event for post-production editing. A same-day edit video is compiled by an on-site video editor during the event for screening before the program ends. Both formats are offered on our videography services.
Do you offer a same-day edit photo and/or video for events?
Yes. We offer same-day edit video coverage and a combined/separate photo and same-day edit option. The event timeline must allow the team to capture and edit footage before screening.
Is a full recording of the program included in a video highlights or same-day edit package?
If you need a full recording of the program, please inform us before booking. Our video highlights and same-day edit video service is an edited film of selected moments. Request a full program recording separately, so the camera and audio requirements can be assessed.
Can you produce short videos for social media from the event footage?
Yes. Please include the number, length, and format of the short videos in your inquiry, so this can be included in the quotation and deliverables.

Yes. We can cover the program, speakers, audience, venue, and key interactions. The crew and deliverables depend on the event schedule and number of spaces to cover.
Can you cover several sessions happening at the same time?
Simultaneous sessions may require additional crew. Please inform us the schedule and the coverage needed in each space so we can propose a suitable number in our team.
How many photographers or videographers do we need for a large corporate event?
That depends on the venue layout, audience size, simultaneous activities, and requested outputs. We will recommend a crew after reviewing your program and priorities.
Can you photograph an event without interrupting the program?
We plan camera positions and movements around the program and venue rules. Tell us about restricted areas or moments that call for particularly discreet coverage.
Can you capture speeches and presentations in full?
If you need complete recordings, please inform us before booking. Full program recording is a separate deliverable to specify in the quotation. A highlights or same-day edit video does not mean every speech will be included in full.
Can you include interviews or testimonials in an event video?
Please inform us before before booking. Interviews need an additional crew, a suitable location, and audio capturing equipment. Tell us who you want to interview and how the clips will be used so we can plan and include in the quotation.
Can you add our logo, titles, captions, and brand colors to the video?

How far in advance should we book your team?

We usually share files through a cloud platform, but please let us know if your organization requires a particular file-sharing method or submission process.
Are raw photos and unedited video footage included?
